The academics were joined on stage by three of our former students, Dalia Youssef, a second year student from Imperial College London, Muhammed Abuhamdiah, a third year student from St. George’s University of London and Manpreet Lakhan, a newly qualified doctor from Keele University.
Whilst the tutors explained the different types of undergraduate training, course entry requirements and generally what universities were looking for, the students were able to give a first-hand account of life whilst undergoing medical/dental training. Dr Pantea Etessami, Lansdowne’s Director of Medical Programmes, said, “it was another extremely informative day and those attending got a very clear picture of what might lie ahead”.
